The site started as a CRM comparison resource — honest reviews of ServiceTitan, Jobber, HouseCall Pro, and Workiz from the perspective of someone who actually deploys these tools. That research is still here, still independent, still free.

Three things we don't do.
We don’t take vendor money.
No CRM company pays us to recommend their product. When we say Jobber is better than ServiceTitan for a 6-person team, it’s because it is — not because they’re writing us a check.
We don’t sell retainers.
Every engagement is fixed-price with a defined scope and deliverable. When we hand it off, it’s yours. If you want ongoing support, that’s a separate conversation — not a trap.
We don’t pretend AI fixes everything.
Some problems need automation. Some problems need a better hire. Some problems need a process change that doesn’t involve software at all. We’ll tell you which is which.
